Purium Health Products (“Purium”) is a brand of Organic By Nature, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Purium recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information we collect from you. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information.

Purpose

This Policy explains how Purium collects, uses, stores, and discloses information, including personal information. Purium is committed to collecting, using, storing, and disclosing personal information responsibly. By using Purium’s websites, you consent to the collection of personal information as described in this Policy. Information that is provided will only be used, stored, and disclosed for the purposes for which you have consented.

Purium's Collection & Use of Information

Purium collects personally identifiable information such as your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone numbers entered on our websites, lead capture pages, or provided directly to Purium. Purium uses such information for all legal purposes and to provide products and services to you. Purium may use and disclose the personal information we collect about you in order to:

  • Process your transactions
  • Create and manage your accounts
  • Process applications
  • Notify you about product order status
  • Develop downline genealogy reports
  • Provide customer, Member, and Distributor (Brand Partner) services and administer benefits
  • Send information about Purium events and product specials
  • Develop and implement policies, marketing plans, and strategies
  • Develop and provide advertising tailored to your interests
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and otherwise manage our business

You may opt out of email communication by contacting Customer Service or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may opt out of text message communication at any time by replying STOP to any message (see the Mobile Messaging section below).

Mobile Messaging (SMS/Text)

When you opt in to receive text messages from Purium, whether as a customer or as an enrolled Brand Partner, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to be contacted by text. We use this information solely to send you the text messages associated with the program you joined, such as order and account notifications, product updates, promotions, and, for Brand Partners, business notifications, training, and event information related to your Brand Partner relationship.

We do not sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent, and we do not share your enrollment in Purium's text messaging program with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive Purium's automated text messages stays with Purium; we do not transfer that SMS program consent to Purium Independent Distributors, Brand Partners, or Business Leaders as a marketing list. Mobile information used to operate the text program may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver it (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only as needed to provide the service.

Please note that the contact information you provide to complete an order, which can include your phone number, is shared with the Purium Independent Distributor assigned to your account as part of how our business operates, as described in the Information Sharing section below. This is separate from your enrollment in Purium's automated text messaging program. If you prefer that a Distributor not contact you, you may tell us or the Distributor directly.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the “Contacting Us” section below. Security

We are committed to keeping personal information secure. This website has security measures to help protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of sensitive information such as credit card and social security numbers. Purium uses security measures consistent with standard industry practice to protect that information.

Information Sharing

Purium is not in the business of selling customer personal information to third parties. Purium may share such information from time to time as described below. As stated in the Mobile Messaging section above, we do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data, and we do not transfer your enrollment in Purium's text messaging program to Distributors, Brand Partners, or Business Leaders as a marketing list.

Third Party Service Providers: We use third party service providers to help us operate our business or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending emails, fulfilling your product and service requests, mailing products, or managing payments. We may share your information with these third parties for limited purposes.

Purium Independent Distributors / Brand Partners: Purchases of Purium products through our websites, new subscribers captured on lead capture pages, and individuals who submit their information through our inquiry, sign-up, or “learn more” forms are associated with a Purium Independent Distributor (Brand Partner), who is available to provide service, information, and guidance about Purium products and the benefits of membership. The contact information you provide, which can include your name, email address, and phone number, is shared with the associated Brand Partner and, for account holders, within the Purium sales organization, including the Brand Partners in your upline, for the purpose of following up with you, administering the sales and distribution of Purium products, servicing your account, and providing activity reports to Brand Partners about their organizations. This applies whether you are an existing customer or a prospective customer who has expressed interest through one of our forms. A Brand Partner may use the contact information you provide, including your phone number, to follow up with you about Purium products and the topics you asked about. What we do not transfer to Brand Partners is your enrollment in or consent to Purium's automated text messaging program, which remains with Purium.

If you are a Purium Independent Distributor (Brand Partner), we may disclose certain personal information such as your contact information, which can include your phone number, to customers seeking a Purium Independent Distributor or to other Purium Independent Distributors such as your upline Business Leader, so they can support and communicate with you. This sharing of contact information is separate from, and does not transfer, your enrollment in or consent to Purium's automated text messaging program.

Other Disclosures: We may disclose your personal information where required or permitted by law, or to protect and defend the rights of Organic By Nature, Inc. and Purium.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and improve our services and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the site.

Your California Privacy Rights

Because Organic By Nature, Inc. is based in California, and depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable laws, including:
